I first came across Timbury.net on Twitter, when a friend mentioned the hosting service that Tim was offering. The prices were very competitive and Tim is an expert in Linux, which is the operating system my computer runs on; so it was perfect.

I will confess that I’m a complete novice when it comes to web hosting and Linux, and I consider myself very lucky and honoured to have found Tim. He not only provides very reliable hosting for my website but also unsurpassable customer service. In setting up my website I’ve needed regular help due to my lack of knowledge, and Tim has been there every time to sort it out as quickly as possible; even three days before Christmas!

Earlier this year I needed to find another host for my own site,
and for a collection of sites that I manage. The host I had been
using got my business strictly on price – which turned out to be a
mistake. After too many ‘down for maintenance’ and offline problems,
I had to act.

I found Timbury! I had first ‘met’ him through another social media site, but came to really respect his knowledge, and truly appreciated his willingness to help, even if it did not gain him anything.

I emailed Tim – and was just blown away by the high level of customer service – I mean, this is what I dreamed of, but sure isn’t the norm! He got my sites all set up, solved some email problems the other host wouldn’t even address, and every time I need help, I now know I can count on a prompt answer to my request, and equally prompt help in getting things resolved. To say I am pleased is the understatement of the decade!
